Within 2-3 days of your order being dispatched, you should receive an official Cooltech invoice by email.

Once your goods are back at Cooltech warehouse, your refund will be processed. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to reach your account. For cash payments such as cheque and wire transfer, we will require your bank details, IBAN/SWIFT, to proceed with the refund to your account.

Once your order has reached Cooltech you will receive an email notification confirming your order details and containing payment instructions if you are paying by bank transfer or cash. When your payment has been received we will send you another email to confirm that your order will now be processed and advising you of estimated availability and delivery times.
